Training Stick Underload Trainer: Thin barrel in Pro Maple just over 1.5" that runs the entire bat. Can be used to hit baseballs in tee work, front toss and regular batting practice, as well as all types of wiffle ball drills, etc. Available in 30", 31", 32", 33", 34" Standard. Weight is approx -10. This is the other half of the overload/under-load training platform to really help train and increase swing speed, as well as focus on centering the bat on the ball. Anyone that remembers the old thundersticks... this is the Professional version of that concept.
